Live Cattleytonia orchid plant is blooming size, but is NOT currently flowering.
Cattleytonia is an intergeneric hybrid orchid that comes from Cattleya and Broughtonia. Cattleytonia Beverly Blush’s large pink blooms are intensely fragrant! They smell sweet and reminiscent of irises, all day long. This Cattleya hybrid’s flowers come in tight clusters on thick, hardy stems. It’s no wonder why Cattleya orchids are the most popular genus of orchid collected, after the classic Phalaenopsis. Our live and flowering orchids are easy to take care of, ideal for an entry level orchid collection.
Live orchid plant comes in a 5″ nursery pot with the perfect potting media to keep your new friend happy and healthy.
Care is very easy – this plant will put out new spikes year after year with minimal attention! This fuzzy-flowered orchid prefers medium to bright indirect light, regular fertilization (“weakly, weekly”), and occasional misting. Choose an eastern exposure (or south/west with a dappled curtain) for the most vigorous growth!
