Our Den. Chatuchuk are impressive specimens of the Dendrobium variety. These gorgeous orchids are approximately 24-36″ tall from the tip of their spike to the bottom of their pot. Chatuchuk is a straightforward “Phalaenopsis type” Dendrobium – rookies and experts alike enjoy this houseplant staple. This full size plant comes in a 4″ pot with the perfect potting media to keep your new friend happy and healthy. Plant is flowering! Care is as easy as it gets! This green guy will thank you with stunning dark-velvet blooms about three times a year.
Chatuchuk is a “Den-Phal”, thus named because of its flower’s resemblance to the classic Moth Orchid. This vigorous grower prefers the brightest possible indirect light, regular fertilization (“weakly, weekly”), and occasional misting. Choose a southern or western exposure for the most vigorous growth! Foliage is evergreen, flowers spike from the cane three times a year with proper care.
Dendrobium Chatuchuk is regal, with uniquely slender sepals – not your every day orchid!
