Monniera Millennium Magic ‘Witchcraft’ is the receiver of a First Class Certificate from the American Orchid Society – the highest commendation possible. This orchid is in extremely high demand, as it has the some of darkest flowers available on an orchid (an accolade shared with sister plant Fredclarkeara After Dark). It’s even debated whether or not Monniera Millennium Magic’s flowers are the blackest of any flower on Earth. Subtly fragrant, this is an absolute top quality collector’s orchid. Monniera is a hybrid between the genera Catasetum, Cycnoches and Mormodes, and does best when treated like a Cattleya.
This orchid variety is deciduous, and may not have foliage depending on time of the year. When the plant is blooming, there will be no foliage.

We’re VERY careful when wrapping plants – which is why we have such a high success rate! Orchids are native to tropical climates, and generally do best around 65 to 80 degrees. Weatherized shipping is included with all our plants whenever required. We delicately wrap our live plants in layers of sheet foam and include a 72+ hour heat pack when temperatures are low. However, we make no guarantees that our tropical plants will survive extreme temperatures. It’s the duty of the buyer to open packages immediately upon arrival.
